Following their marriage, Arlene and Wilbert farmed and ranched for several years. To this union a son and a daughter were born: Scott and Dawn. On Decemshe was united in marriage to Wilbert Fink in Hettinger. Arlene grew up in Hettinger, where she graduated from high school in 1955. She was the daughter of Sam and Amy (Olson) Banning. Arlene Banning was born Februin Hettinger, North Dakota. Interment will take place 2pm Saturday at the Evangelical Brethren Church Cemetery, in Harding County. Visitation will be held 5 to 7 pm Friday, with a 6pm prayer service, at Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche.
